ANGIE VU HA BIO


Already known as “Asia’s Sexiest DJ”, America soon get to know Angie Vu Ha on the upcoming Season 10 of America’s Got Talent with Nick Cannon.

 

Angie Vu Ha is a model, actress, DJ, and recording artist who recently took her act from Asia to NYC. She hit the ground running mixing it up with the likes of with Paris Hilton, Taboo (Black Eyed Peas), and Red Foo (LMFAO).  She was photographed hanging out with Prince William and Princess Kate Middleton when they visited New York the first time, Golf legend Greg Norman, and even the Chairman of Republican National Committee Reince Priebus or Former President Bill Clinton. 

 

Angie began her modeling career with Diva Models out of Singapore, where she established herself as an international model shooting high end clothing and international advertising campaigns. This gained the attention of casting directors and she became a regular in the reality show Underwater Action Season 2, which was created by filmmaker and photographer Michael Gleissner, and aired worldwide on the satellite channel Fashion One.  

 

At the same time, Angie’s passion for music led to her first big gig as resident DJ for the New Asia Bar in Singapore, which was awarded the coveted “World's Finest Club.”  Angie rose rapidly as a DJ, playing for the Singapore Grand Prix (Formula 1) and high profile events for Fashion TV (FTV) repeatedly over several years. She DJ’d for Jay Sean’s  Asia Tour and played alongside Seb Fontaine, Steve Aoki,…  In October 2012, Angie won Playboy's Miss Social contest.

 

Angie produced 5 singles Cookies, Cream, Cyber Sex, So Damn Hot and Brixton Electric released on Beatport under Escape Recordings UK.  Her first single Cookies, which gained instant support from BBC Radio 1's Judge Jules, Marco V,  Lisa Lashes, and Michael Woods. Cookies became one of the fastest selling tracks on Beatport, the world's number one legal mp3 download site.  Her second release Cream, featured UK vocalist Taya, and gained the support from Gareth Emery and Marco V. You can hear Cream play on Ministry of Sound radio from Adam K.
